DETAILS
1: Focus reader, easy to know focus at 0.01, focus can be controled by up/down buttons above, the speed of up/down can be controled.
Alarm: the machine will alarm after finishing the set processing (mark/engrave/cut/etch).
Red light: preview the marking scope to help find right location out before marking.
Power: start/off the machine.
Emergency: press it when happen suddenly accident.
Without closing the door, the laser don't work, this function can be canceled by software when testing, or marking long tuber by opening the door, the upper cover also can be sperated when necessary, muilt-function and multi conbination.
2: Laser protect glass, professional laser protect galss, anti 1064nm wavelength, OD4+.
3: Heat dissipation, dust-proof design, built-in powerful fan.
The machine can't be opened with the keys.
4: Lamp, for observe marked details clearly.
5: Glavanometer, high speed 1-4000/1-12000 (optional), built-in LED red lights for focusing. When thoes two LED red light dots overlap with the red dot from the inner machine, it shows the right focus. The inner red light helps to previw the outline of marking content before marking. Thoes LED can be easily replaced without open the machine or galvanometer, every easy to maintain.
6: Lens, decide the marking scope, we support 70*70mm/100*100mm/150*150mm/200*200mm marking scope, you can select the configuration. FL is the focus length, the bigger marking scope the longer focus length.
7: Stretch cover, dust prevention.
8: Smoke exhaust channel, can connect exhaustor outside the machine, the smoke caused during the marking/cutting/engraving will be exhaused from this channel, to keep the working environment clear, health, no smell, and safety.
9: Position holes, for fix material or auxiliary tools, like position bars, X-Y table, rotary, small cutting bed and so on.
Safety door: the laser can't work if don't close the door, the operator can cancel this function by the marking softare during test/maintain/calibration.
Rotary, one key connnect, every easy to use the rotary, which is optional, with or without rotary, we supply the rotary of 50/80/100mm diameter chuck.
