Luxinar, a laser technology expert, announced that it will exhibit at the Korea Laser Show held at KINTEX Exhibition Center I in Seoul from July 7th to 9th this year. Its booth number is 4B10.
Luxinar specializes in manufacturing laser sources for markets such as automotive, electronics, glass, packaging and textiles, and will demonstrate the profound capabilities of its sealed laser series. The company's new SR AOM and OEM 100iX CO2 laser sources and LXR 100 femtosecond laser sources will take center stage.
The SR 10 AOM and SR 25 AOM have a power range of up to 150W and are designed to meet various high-precision applications that require heat-affected zone (HAZ) reduction, such as multilayer film cutting and high-resolution/speed marking in the display market. This CO2 laser with integrated acousto-optic modulator (AOM) produces optical rise and fall times of less than 1µs, which minimizes unnecessary heat energy from a typical pulse rise/fall time of approximately 60µs.
Luxinar's OEM 100iX is an extension of its OEM series of CO2 sealed laser sources, with a rated power of 1000W, providing higher speed and higher productivity for industrial processing applications, such as mass cutting, kiss cutting, scoring, multi-layer cutting and Template cutting for the automotive, packaging and textile industries. The combination of narrow band (0.25m) and typical power stability (± 3%) provides high process repeatability. This 1kW laser is IP66 sealed, can be placed in a confined space in any direction, and has an integrated radio frequency power supply that is detachable and fully usable in the field.
Luxinar's LXR 100 is a unique and flexible femtosecond laser with a large dynamic range of average power, pulse energy and pulse repetition frequency, which can be used in a wide range of industries and applications to achieve process optimization. The extremely short laser pulse width (900 ± 100fs) almost eliminates heat diffusion around the processing area, thereby minimizing HAZ and realizing ultra-high-precision micro-nano manufacturing of various components.
In addition to SR AOM, OEM 100iX and LXR 100, customers will also see some of Luxinar's existing products, which come from OEM and SR series CO2 laser sources, which are very suitable for many industries including automobiles and electronics. Luxinar's expert team will also be on call throughout the exhibition to share their knowledge and provide expert advice on laser technology.
